Product introduction:
circRNA is a type of endogenous ncRNA molecule that exists widely and diversely in a variety of biological cells and has the function of regulating gene expression.In the current research, it is only clear that circRNA has the sponge effect of adsorbing miRNA and regulating gene transcription.However, in order to further clarify the formation mechanism and function of circRNA in organisms, more circRNA related data are needed to support it.Therefore, circRNA overexpression vectors play an indispensable instrumental role in the study of the functional mechanism of circRNA.
Using patented technology, BersinbioTM has successfully developed an expression vector that specifically and accurately overexpresses circRNAs, and is the first to provide researchers with a simple and efficient circRNAs overexpression research strategy. Two kinds of circRNAs expression vectors have been launched, which are suitable for common eukaryotic expression, lentivirus packaging, green fluorescence and puromycin screening. The vector contains the circRNAs circular expression framework of BersinbioTM 's patented technology. After the vector is transfected into cells, the circRNAs molecules can be formed by RNA splicing. Researchers only need to use PCR to amplify the linear sequence of the target circRNAs and clone it into an expression vector, which greatly simplifies the experimental steps and saves time. 1、High overexpression efficiency——circRNAs expression vector is equipped with the upstream and downstream cyclization framework of BersinbioTM 's patented technology, and all circRNAs verified can be significantly overexpressed.
2、Accurate sequence circularization——The circularization-mediated sequence of BersinbioTM 's patented technology is introduced into the circularization framework, which can effectively ensure the accurate circularization of the linear sequence of the target circRNAs. All circRNAs verified can be accurately circularized without base addition or deletion.
3、High stability of overexpression——The verified target circRNAs can achieve accurate and efficient overexpression with sequences ranging from 200bp to 2500bp.
4、Wide range of applications——suitable for common eukaryotic expression, lentivirus packaging, green fluorescence and puromycin screening and other purposes.
