PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product introduction:
Northern blot is a method of transferring RNA from a gel to a nylon membrane, and detecting gene expression by detecting the level of RNA expression. The principle is to perform gel electrophoresis on the RNA sample to be tested under denaturing conditions, then transfer the position of the RNA in the gel to a nylon membrane, fix it and then react with the RNA probe labeled with isotope or other markers. If the sample to be tested contains a sequence that is complementary to the probe, the two are combined through the principle of base complementarity, and the free probe is washed before being detected by imaging technology.(This kit is for scientific research purposes only)
