RIP is a technology for studying the binding of RNA and protein in cells. It is a powerful tool to understand the dynamic process of post-transcriptional regulatory networks. It can be applied to study miRNA regulatory targets, the interaction between RNA and RBPs, etc.
Use antibodies or epitope markers to capture endogenous RNA binding proteins in the nucleus or cytoplasm to prevent non-specific RNA binding.Immunoprecipitation separates the RNA binding protein and its bound RNA together, and the RNA sequence is identified by RIP-chip, RT-PCR or RIP-Seq.(This kit is for scientific research purposes only)
