Product introduction:
RAP is used in experiments to study the interaction between RNA and DNA, RNA and protein.According to different research objects, RAP technology combines high-throughput sequencing (RAP-Seq) and mass spectrometry (RAP-MS) to study the genes and proteins that interact with target RNA.(This kit is for scientific research purposes only)
RAP technology is to design a biotin or streptavidin probe set. After the target RNA is pulled down, the DNA, RNA or protein (RBPs) that interact with it will be attached to the magnetic beads.Finally, perform high-throughput sequencing of the gene, so that the downstream target gene that regulates RNA transcription regulation will be obtained.At the same time, RBPs can carry out Western Blot verification or MS identification of unknown proteins.
