ChIP is an ideal technology for studying the interaction between proteins and DNA in the body. It is currently the best method to determine the genomic region that binds to a specific protein, or to determine the protein that binds to a specific genomic region.ChIP combined with other experimental techniques can be used for detection of different purposes.The ChIP-Seq method is to purify and construct a library of specifically enriched DNA fragments bound by the target protein, and then perform high-throughput sequencing on the enriched DNA fragments.(This kit is for scientific research purposes only)
In the state of living cells, the protein and DNA in the cell are cross-linked, and ultrasound cuts it randomly into small fragments of chromatin within a certain length.Then immunoprecipitate the protein-DNA complex with the target protein-specific antibody to specifically enrich the DNA fragments bound by the target protein.
