Product introduction：

Cleavage Under Target & Tagmentation (CUT&Tag) is an emerging method of studying DNA-protein interaction. This kit uses the Tn5 transposase fused to Protein A/G, which binds to antibodies. After the activation of Tn5, the sequences on both sides of the binding site can be connected with the sequencing connector at the same time, and the library can be constructed by PCR amplification after the DNA is recovered from the cell. The components in the kit have undergone strict quality control to ensure product stability and repeatability.

Technical process：

In the living cell state, ConA magnetic beads were used to fix the cells, Digitonin was added to penetrate the cell membrane, and the primary antibody, secondary antibody and ProteinA/G fused with the Tn5 transposase was incubated successively, and then Mg²⁺ was added to activate the transposition enzyme for fragment reaction. The second generation sequencing library was constructed by DNA extraction and PCR amplification of the reaction products.
